Return Policy
At Gender Revealer, we want you to feel confident and excited about your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accepts returns on non-defective, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be in their original packaging and include proof of purchase. Due to the personal-use nature of our product, opened or used items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days at lisa@gender-revealer.com with your order number and photo evidence to request a replacement.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution. To initiate a return, please contact lisa@gender-revealer.com.
